The Shoesme shop offers you the possibility to order your favourite Shoesme shoes online. Ordering shoes in the Shoesme Shop is simple and fast. To order, follow the following steps:
• Firstly, all available shoes are displayed on our website. So, go to the article of your choice and select the desired shoe size. To help you with the sizing of the shoe, look at our ‘Conversion Shoe Chart’ that will allow you to accurately measure their little feet.
• Click on the 'in shopping basket’ button. If you want to order more items or sizes, click on 'continue shopping'.
• If you have added all items of your choice to the shopping basket, you go to the shopping cart at the top right of the page. Here you can, if desired, change the shoe size and / or the number of articles.
• If you have Shoesme Voucher, gift card or discount voucher, it is possible to redeem them at this stage. Enter the voucher code in the appropriate box and the discount is automatically added onto the total amount.
• Found everything you need? Then click the 'Continue to checkout' button.
In order to process your order, we ask that you fill in some personal details. It is not necessary to create an account to order in the Shoesme Shop.
1. Enter your billing address & Tick 'Send to the same address' if your order can be sent to the billing address (Note that we only current deliver to the U.K., Netherland & Belgium).
2. Choose your preferred shipping method. All deliveries are made by Post NL. Read more about the delivery methods below.

5. When you tick the check box next you agree that you have checked your order and that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions
6. Press the 'Safe checkout' button. You are now on a secure page to complete the payment.
7. You will receive two e-mails from us; an e-mail with the confirmation of your order and an e-mail with the invoice of your order. If you have not received these mails, check your spam box.
The prices shown include VAT. The VAT amount is displayed separately on the order confirmation you receive after placing the order.

When you place an order on a working day before 16:00, your order will be shipped the same day. Orders that are placed on a Saturday will be processed and sent the following Monday. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a Track & Trace code by e-mail from us to follow the package.
All shipping costs are free. You only pay the return costs yourself if you decide to return the items. If we have to try and deliver your order multiple times, for whatever reason, we will of course pay the extra costs. If we are unable to ship the order within 3 working days, we will inform you accordingly. You can cancel the order or agree on a new delivery time.
In the U.K. at this moment only delivery to the billing address is possible.
If you are not at home, the PostNL delivery person will try to hand over the package to the neighbors. If this does not work, the deliverer will leave a message with a code. With this code you can choose where and when you want your package to be delivered. You can submit your choice to PostNL as long as it’s before 22:00.
If you do not choose a delivery time, the delivery person will try again the next day at the same address. If they cannot reach you the second time, then they will store it for you at a PostNL location in your area. You then have two weeks to pick up the package. PostNL will then send it back to Shoesme if not claimed. Do not forget to bring a valid proof of identity, when you pick up your package, otherwise PostNL cannot give you the package.
